Welcome to Covilor Winery

Covilor Winery is located in Las Cuevas de Utiel, which is about 9 km from Utiel, in the interior of Valencia.
Devoted to the elaboration, aging and bottling wines. It has got 411 members at the moment.
It has got 1.719 hectares of vineyard, where the red wines are the most abundant. Bobal (it is 77% of the production), followed by Tempranillo (17%). We also have Cabernet Sauvignon and white wine varieties such as Macabeo and Merseguera.

Covilor winery belongs toDenominación de Origen Utiel-Requena being the Regulating Council which is the guarantor of the quality of wines. Also it is a member of the association Ruta del Vino de la D.O. Utiel-Requena.

Covilor Winery owns a bottling plant, where we bottle our wines with the names Alto Cuevas and our new trademark, called Sucesión. These high quality wines are elaborated with Bobal variety.

It belongs to Cátedra de la Viña y el Vino of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia as a foundation member.
